Pricing for tiered Wedding cakes start at $3 per person and depends on the particular cake and design that you request.

White Cake... a delicate favorite, wonderful with vanilla Italian cream or with a hint of fruit with the raspberry or lemon mousse filling.Suggested icing is our delicate Swiss Meringue Buttercream.

Sour Cream Pound Cake... a regional tradition. Rich, buttery and wonderful with a fresh strawberry and whipped cream filling. Also wonderful with raspberry or lemon mousse. Suggested icing is Swiss Meringue Buttercream or our rich Cream Cheese Icing.

White Chocolate Amaretto Cake... with raspberry or white chocolate mousse. Suggested icing is White Chocolate Buttercream.

Coconut Cake... a delicate , tender and fragrant coconut cake. Filled with lemon, pineapple or orange mousse. Iced with Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Coconut shavings optional.

Orange Sponge Cake... rich sponge cake, soaked with a Jamaican rum, filled with juicy orange mousse and iced with Grand Marnier Buttercream.

Chocolate Cake... Moist, dark chocolate cake, filled with dark chocolate or raspberry mousse and iced with Vanilla buttercream, Chocolate buttercream or Dark Chocolate Ganache.

 

Poppyseed Cake... a buttery, velvet textured cake with the slight crunch of poppyseeds. Great with orange, raspberry or lemon mousse filling. Buttercream or Cream Cheese Icing suggested.

Carrot Cake... spicy, moist and thickly studded with walnuts and pineapple, layered with rich cream cheese icing.

Tiramisu Torte... layers of white cake, drenched with coffee syrup, filled with rich Italian cream and topped with grated dark chocolate. Icing can be the Italian cream with chocolate garnish, or Buttercream.

Chocolate and Vanilla... alternating layers of dark chocolate and white cake, filled with chocolate, cappuccino or raspberry mousse. Suggested icing is Vanilla or Mocha buttercream.

Chocolate Hazelnut Cake... Layers of rich chocolate cake, filled with chocolate or cappuccino mousse and iced with Hazelnut or Chocolate Hazelnut Buttercream.

Cheesecake... Your choice of cheesecake; Vanilla, Raspberry White Chocolate swirl, Pumpkin, Turtle or make one up. Iced with cream cheese icing.

To assure that we can fill large orders (such as wedding cakes) a 50% deposit is required to hold the date and time of your wedding. Set up and delivery are included in the price for any

Large tiered cakes within the Gainesville city limits. Out of city limits, the delivery fee varies according to the distance from the city.

The balance and final guest count are due the week prior to the wedding.

Cakes can be round, square, octagonal or other. Columns cost $20 per set.. Fresh flowers can be added on as extra or supplied by you or your florist. Sugar flowers are available , white or dark chocolate roses, fondant flowers, ribbons and bows, and marzipan decorations will be included in the price of your cake.
