We have a commitment to making the finest from scratch cakes, pies, tarts and cookies. All our products are made in house using the finest ingredients.

Due to popular demand, I am now offering small classes on Mondays to teach people how to bake and decorate cakes and desserts in their homes.

The classes will have no more than 6 students and will focus on hands on instruction. I hope that they will be fun, rewarding and instructive.

Spring classes will be announced at jennycakes.com in January 2008.
